The value of deposits at digital banking institutions in Latin America increased gradually between 2017 and 2023. As of 2023, the total deposit value was estimated at 1.14 trillion U.S. dollars. According to Statista, the value of deposits held by digital banks will increase further in the following years, exceeding two trillion U.S. dollars in 2028.
