Interest and use of virtual care services in the health sector in Canada 2023

As of December 2023, 82 percent of adults surveyed in Canada reported being interested in virtual healthcare visits, with 73 percent specifically expressing demand for telephone visits. Meanwhile, 54 percent of the respondents had ever used any type of virtual care services.
