According to a 2023 survey on eSports in Malaysia, 29 percent of respondents said that they allocated less than 500 Malaysian ringgit on eSports. Meanwhile, seven percent of Malaysian respondents stated that they allocated more than 5,000 Malaysian ringgit on eSports expenditures.
