In the United States, Republican voters perceive Republican presidents to enjoy higher respect among world leaders than Democratic presidents and vice versa. For example, less than 10 percent of Republicans believe that Joe Biden is respected by world leaders, whereas nearly 80 percent of Democrats believe the same. Independent voters fall somewhere in the middle.
