Share of weekly snacks consumption in Italy by age 2023

In 2023, there was a notable disparity in the consumption of snacks in Italy, varying according to age groups. As expected, the younger the individuals, the higher the snack consumption. In fact among those between 11 and 13 years old, 65.2 percent consumed snacks once a week. On the other hand, among those aged 75 and older, 11.3 percent consumed them weekly.
