EU rights to online access to public services 2023

As of March 2023, 26 percent of adult individuals in Luxembourg said the right to easy online access to all key public services was very well applied in the country, while 53 percent of respondents said it was fairly well applied. In contrast, only seven percent of respondents in the Czech Republic said that their right to online access to key public services was very well applied.
