As of March 2023, 15 percent of adults in Europe stated that the policy ensuring freedom of assembly and association in the digital environment was very well applied in their country, while 45 percent said it was fairly well applied. In contrast, managing one's digital legacy, such as deciding what happens to personal accounts and information after death, was the least applied digital right for European respondents.
