According to a survey conducted in March 2024 among online shoppers in the United States, nearly three-quarters of elderly shoppers above the age of 64 would switch shopping channels from online to in-store and vice versa in order to find lower prices. On the other hand, this figure stood at only 41 percent among shoppers in the youngest age group, from 18 to 29 years old.
