In a survey conducted among CIOs and CTOs of leading businesses in India between July and September 2023 in India, the leading business vertical that has utilized artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) was customer engagement. 23 percent of the respondents used AI and ML extensively, and 38 percent of respondents used the technologies moderately.
