In a survey conducted among CIOs and CTOs of leading businesses in India between July and September 2023 in India, the leading business user who has utilized artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) was IT operations. 19 percent of the respondents already widely deployed AI and ML, and 42 percent of respondents put them in limited use.
