In a survey conducted among CIOs and CTOs of leading businesses in India between July and September 2023 in India, the leading business goals for companies utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) were to discover useful insights, improve decision-making, and to improve customer experience and engagement. In each case, 81 percent and 75 percent of respondents said the goal was very important.
