According to a worldwide study conducted by Capgemini in April 2023, around 14 to 15 percent of all interviewed users familiar with generative artificial intelligence tools have used chatbots. Meanwhile, between 3 and 5 percent of all interviewees used genAI search tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, with Gen X users being the most keen on using it.
