Access rate to electricity in fastest electrifying countries 2010-2022
Between 2010 and 2022, Timor-Leste, Bhutan, and the Lao People's Democratic Republic raised their electricity access rates to 100 percent, achieving universal electrification. In contrast to this, Liberia had an access rate of 32 percent by 2022. The world average by the same year was 91 percent.
