In a worldwide study conducted by Capgemini in April 2023, 51 percent of interviewed respondents who were aware of generative artificial intelligence tools have explored these solutions. Baby boomers had the highest prevalence of exploring generative AI tools, while millennials had the lowest usage rate among all groups.
