In the first round of the French legislative elections in 2024, 49 percent of voters who graduated with a diploma inferior to the baccalaureate level voted for the National Rally. However, the more educated the voters were, the less likely they were to vote for the far-right party. By contrast, the New Popular Front vote share grew proportionally with a voters' diploma level. For instance, 37 percent of people who graduated with a higher education degree voted for the leftist coalition.
