In the event of a possible Russian invasion of Poland, more than two-fifths of respondents (44 percent) stated in 2024 that they would support the country's defense in some way - whether by participating in combat (14 percent) or assisting in other ways, such as participating in relief operations in the rear (30 percent). One in five (20 percent) that they would go to a safe place in the country (4 percent) or abroad (16 percent).
