In a global survey of consumer loyalty behaviors conducted in the third quarter of 2023, Australian respondents asserted that the leading driver of their loyalty to a brand was due to good products and services on offer. Over 70 percent of Australians surveyed in the 55 years and older age cohort indicated that this factor was the leading driver of their loyalty to a company. Low prices and good customer service support were also key reasons Australian consumers expressed a preference for a certain brand.
