Impact of retail media ads on customer acquisition worldwide 2024
Between the first quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, 41 percent of consumers who click and purchased from a retail media campaign worldwide were new-to-brand shoppers, i.e. consumers who did not previously complete a purchase from that particular brand within the last six months and then converted on a campaign. For health and beauty products, the share stood at 61 percent.
