According to a 2024 survey conducted among active loyalty program users in Australia, the leading preferred benefit of retail loyalty schemes was regular discounts, with just over 70 percent of respondents indicating this. Full payment using loyalty points and cashback based on spending were also highly desired retail loyalty program advantages among those surveyed.
