Less than one-third of consumers globally would be inclined to pay for online returns, as revealed by a 2023 survey. Gen Z and Millennial consumers are slightly more willing to pay for returning online orders than older consumers. Paid memberships that include free returns appear to be preferred over paying for returns, at least for younger consumers.
