A 2023 global survey revealed that there are major international differences between consumers when it comes to attitudes towards paying for returns. Over 40 percent of consumers in India, China, and Mexico are willing to pay a membership fee if it includes free product returns. In Europe, consumers are clearly less willing to pay for returns.
