According to a study carried out in the main European markets of Amazon, Italian shoppers were the most loyal to the marketplace. In the 12 months ending October 2023, 69 percent of Italians' online shopping value was allocated on Amazon. In turn, French consumers spent only 35 percent of their annual shopping budget on Amazon.
