During a survey conducted in Mexico in 2023, respondents were asked to indicate motivators for canceling a video streaming subscription. Some 31.3 percent of respondents said they cancelled a subscription due to the high cost. Another 16.7 percent of survey participants said they had seen all the content they wanted to see, that is why they unsubscribed.
