Attitudes of cross-border shoppers on sustainable delivery 2023

When confronted with multiple statements concerning sustainable delivery, seven in ten cross-border shoppers stated that they believed the online retailer, not the consumer, should bear the cost of sustainable shipping. Similarly, an equivalent proportion agreed to accept a package a few days later to minimize environmental impact. Furthermore, half of respondents expressed concern about the environmental impact of same-day delivery.
