Strategies for e-commerce logistics and operations used by retailers 2023
Some 59 percent of surveyed retailers reported that they saw faster delivery as an efficient strategy to stay ahead of their competitors in 2023. Competitive pricing ranked second with 49 percent of responses, followed by the strategy of running holiday discounts or promotions earlier in the year.
