In a survey conducted in 2025, around 36 percent of respondents stated that their firms have well-defined sustainability initiatives in the cloud computing sector. Additionally, around 21 percent reported their plans on tracking the carbon footprint of cloud usage in the next twelve months. In contrast, 45 percent of firms had no planned initiatives.
