According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in March 2024, about 59 percent of respondents aged 55 years or older stated that the main reason for not using shared mobility services in Thailand was that they preferred using their vehicles. Most of the respondents aged between 16 and 24 years did not use such services because they were not available in their area.
