According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in March 2024, about 55 percent of female respondents stated that the main reason for not using shared mobility services in Thailand was that they preferred using their vehicles. Furthermore, around 21 percent of female respondents did not use shared mobility services because they did not feel safe.
