During a 2023/24 survey, 38 percent of responding advertising professionals from Europe stated that generative artificial intelligence (AI) was becoming embedded in their daily work lives. Around 27 percent said they used it occasionally when the need arose, 26 percent reported they had experimented with it, and 9 percent stated they had never used Gen AI in their business.
