The United States is forecast to be the largest biofuel consumer in 2033, a significant majority of this being ethanol. Latin America was projected to be the second-largest consumer, with Brazil making up over 85 percent of total consumption. In Asia, nearly 74 percent of the total biodiesel consumption in 2033 is estimated to occur in Indonesia.
