According to data from 2024, 78 percent of Black consumers in the U.S. mostly used free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) when watching content, while 60 percent of FAST users were non-Black users. In contrast, the most preferred video platform for non-Black consumers was Netflix, with 68 percent of them subscribing to the video streaming service.
