During an early 2023 survey among marketing professionals who work with social networks worldwide, more than a quarter (or 26 percent) of respondents stated interest and interaction increase as one of the leading metrics used by marketing teams. Meanwhile, increasing brand awareness or reaching new audiences ranked the second most mentioned metric with 25 percent.
