Use of AI tools to research purchases worldwide 2024, by age
According to a 2024 survey, younger age groups are more likely to use AI tools like ChatGPT to research purchases. The age group between 18 and 24 was the most likely, with around half of them. The 25 to 34-year-old age group ranked second, with roughly 49 percent of them having used AI tools to research purchases. These kinds of AI-powered tools were least likely to be used by the age group 55 to 64.
