Reasons for not using shared mobility services in Malaysia 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 61 percent of Malaysian respondents said that they preferred using their own vehicle to shared mobility services. Meanwhile, 38 percent of respondents stated ride-hailing, car rental, or carpooling services were not available in their area.
