According to a survey on chocolate and snack brands conducted in Indonesia in July 2023, taste was the most important factor influencing the purchase of chocolate brands among Indonesian consumers, as stated by approximately 73 percent of respondents. Brand reputation came in second, with around 56 percent of respondents.
