Raiffeisen Bank had 4.9 thousand employees in Romania in 2023 and all of them were entitled to parental leaves. However, out of 1.24 thousand male employees, only three took a parental leave in 2023, while approximately 9.4 percent of women employees used the benefit in that year. The rate of return to the workplace after the leave was 100 percent for men and 74 percent for women.
