Egypt had the highest number of breast cancer cases in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, exceeding 26.8 thousand new cases in 2022. Egypt has one of the largest populations in the region. Among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Saudi Arabia had the highest number of new breast cancer incidents in that year.
