During a worldwide survey among moviegoers published at the end of 2023, around 50 percent of respondents in Germany and the United Kingdom reported enjoying watching cinema advertisements. In India and Thailand, the share reached 47 percent, while in Denmark it fell behind 20 percent.

The source used a nationally representative sample. However, in India and the United Arab Emirates, it used urban representative samples, while in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Thailand, it used online representative samples.
