Auto insurance companies in the United States were more likely to have plans to use AI than home insurance companies. In a survey published in August 2023, 70 percent of P&C home insurers said that they had plans to use AI. Meanwhile, almost 90 percent of P&C personal auto insurers said the same in a survey at the end of 2022.
