Most common perceptions of Great Britain among inbound tourists 2022
When surveyed in 2022, 57 percent of international leisure travelers arriving in Great Britain said they thought the country was a place where they could explore history and heritage, as well as having vibrant towns and cities to explore. These two opinions constituted the most common perceptions among the inbound visitors surveyed. Other widely held beliefs were that Great Britain had a mixture of old and new, and was home to famous sites and places that one could visit and tick off the 'must do' list.
