Reasons for not using shared mobility services Hong Kong 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, more than a third of the respondents who chose not to use shared mobility services in Hong Kong stated that the main reason behind their decision was that such services were less affordable than public transport. Meanwhile, roughly a quarter of respondents stated that shared mobility services were not accessible near their homes.
