Reasons for not using shared mobility services Taiwan 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, more than half of the respondents who chose not to use shared mobility services in Taiwan stated that the main reason behind their decision was that they preferred to use their own vehicles. Meanwhile, 21 percent of respondents stated that shared mobility services were less affordable than public transport.
