Reasons for using shared mobility services Hong Kong 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, convenience and reliability were the leading reasons for using shared mobility services such as ride-hailing, car-pooling, and bike-sharing among respondents in Hong Kong. Almost a third of respondents also identified cashless payments as one of their motivations for using such services.
