Less than four percent of construction companies in the United States used artificial intelligence (AI) recently or expected using it in the next six months as of early 2024. Approximately 1.5 percent of firms in the construction sector used AI in the past weeks, and just an additional 2.26 percent of them thought that they would use some type of AI technology in the short-term future.
