Most used shared mobility services in Hong Kong 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, car ride-hailing was by far the most prevalent mobility service type in Hong Kong, as mentioned by 84 percent of respondents. In addition, car rental services were also popular, with 16 percent of respondents using that services. The same survey revealed that a third of shared mobility service users only used such services occasionally.
