Shoppers preferring online stores because of sustainable packaging in the U.S. 2023
In the United States, young consumers are more likely to choose an online store because of sustainable packaging, a 2023 survey showed. 22 percent of consumers between 25 and 29 years old would always or nearly always do so, while another 17 percent of them are often likely to shop at one website over another because it uses more sustainable packaging.
