Reasons for not using shared mobility services Vietnam 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 50 percent of respondents in Vietnam stated that the reason they did not use shared mobility services such as ride-hailing, car-pooling, and bike-sharing was because it was still unavailable in their areas. Meanwhile, 47 percent of respondents stated that they prefer using their own vehicle instead.
