Reasons for using shared mobility services Vietnam 2024

According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, convenience and reliability were the leading reasons for using shared mobility services such as ride-hailing, car-pooling, and bike-sharing among respondents in Vietnam. About 21 percent of respondents also identified cashless payments as one of their motivations for using such services.
