According to a survey carried out in 2023, around three-quarters of the British public though having access to an online health support 24/7 for health advice would improve their confidence in taking the management of their health into their own hands. Similarly, two-thirds of the public reported having readily available and accessible information sources, either online or on an app, would boost their health management confidence.
