Main initiatives to increase the number of women in finance in the UK 2023
According to a survey carried out in 2023, workplace flexibility was the leading initiative adopted by organizations to attract women into financial roles. 13 percent of the respondents reported that their organizations had implemented initiatives in learning and development, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion to bolster the number of women in finance. Only 10 percent of the respondents said that their organization used promotion to increase the attraction of women to financial roles.
